按這種付款方式，工程未開工已付款30%，業(yè)主會處于比較被動的地位。
進(jìn)度款：簽訂合同-基礎(chǔ)工程完工付款30%-水電工程完工付款30%-全部主體工程完工付款30%-安裝工程完 工、竣工驗(yàn)收付款10%。
單項(xiàng)工程完工，分項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收，業(yè)主和施工方一起驗(yàn)收，然后再付款。這種方式對施 工方壓力較大，施工必須做到業(yè)主驗(yàn)收合格才能收款，所以施工方也會盡心盡力完成裝修工作，對員工的把控和質(zhì)量要求會更嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。
